Personal mindfulness is life-changing. It alters how you think about yourself, what you eat, how you deal with stress, how you care for your body, and much more. But it isn't the full story.

If you've checked off all the self-care boxes, made it to each and every barre class, spent time in meditation, have a fulfilling career and home life, but are still feeling stuck, unsatisfied, or like there's something missing, I have news for you. There IS something missing.

My mission for you is to help you reach authentic, Holistic Mindfulness, one that encompasses both your personal journey and your place in the larger scheme of things. And when you do, your whole world is going to shift!

Ways To Work With Me

Unlimited Text Coaching

The ultimate coaching option for introverts! Simply text your question/issue whenever it comes to mind. I personally return your texts from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Billed weekly & you can cancel at any time.

Due to the high-touch nature of this coaching option, I only accept 10 people at a time to ensure everyone receives the best support and coaching possible.

Intuitive Coaching Session
$149 for 1 1/2 hours

Use this session for anything that's troubling you, any obstacle you can't overcome, and while pursuing any goal. Sessions vary depending on what you need. Depending on your needs and desires, we'll use oracle cards, emotional clearing, and mindfulness practices to help you come back to yourself and gain focus. Each session also includes a meditation that's intuitively created in the moment, depending on what you need. 

Prerequisites: You must be a current client OR must have participated in a free 30-minute get-to-know you call with me so I can be familiar with your situation and goals.


The Mindful Life
Group Coaching Sessions

Want dynamic, community-based coaching in an ongoing basis? THIS is the program for you.

Here's what you can expect. You'll:

  • Get clear on your goals and desires
  • Remove limiting beliefs and completely shift your personal thoughts of self as you rewrite your autobiography
  • Uncover what's keeping you stuck and stagnate
  • Actionable steps and tools FROM DAY ONE to support you and you move into more mindfulness
  • Start living with more joy day-to-day
  • Understand who you are, find out what your dreams and desires really are (independent of what other people think), and succeed!
  • Get to know a group of like-minded people who are living their best lives, improving their careers, nurturing their relationships and more!

Here's what you get:

  • Two live coaching sessions via Zoom. Here I'll take your questions, offer on-the-spot intuitive coaching for those who want it and interfacing with you on a deeply personal level. This format allows everyone to learn from each other. Who knows! Someone else might be feeling the same thing you are and through their experience, you gain personal, transformational knowledge.   • One live masterclass a month focused on living the mindful life. Subjects range from journaling and gratitude to mindful consumerism, relationships, parenting, creating a spiritual practice and more. (Replay available)
  • A supportive, fun community OFF Facebook and on Slack. This app is free to download on your Mac or PC, iPhone, Android, and tablet. Not only is it so secure that physicians use it (HIPAA-approved!) but it also gives you the chance to message me privately via a secure channel. 
  • Worksheets, workbooks, and meditations for continued personal progress and transformation.
