Unlimited Text Coaching

$49/week (billed month-to-month)

The ultimate coaching option for introverts! Simply text your question/issue whenever it comes to mind. I personally return your texts from 9:00 am - 5:00 pm Central Time, Monday through Friday. Billed weekly & you can cancel at any time.

Due to the high-touch nature of this coaching option, I only accept 10 people at a time to ensure everyone receives the best support and coaching possible.

Walk Beside You Long-Term 1:1 Coaching

$444/month (billed month-to-month with no contract)

Courses and masterminds are wonderful, but sometimes you want to have a long-term coach with whom you can develop a relationship. Someone who understands you. Not a therapist, but someone who will hold you accountable, help you set (and reach) your goals, and who nurtures the creative, feminine, and magical side of your personality.

If this sounds like you, then my Walk Beside You Long-Term Coaching program is perfect for you. When I created it, I thought about the story of footprints in the sand, and while I’m certainly not a savior and I won’t literally carry you through anything, the thought of crafting a program designed to nurture, guide, and sometimes give you some tough love, just seems right.

The program is month-to-month, so you can cancel at any time, but it’s designed to be a long-term coaching relationship. Guided by your needs and goals - because those can change month to month! - we’ll work together to bring peace to your life.

Here’s the kind of thing we’ll be working on:

  • Developing your intuition so you can learn to trust yourself.

  • Personalized mindfulness and grounding practices for less stress.

  • Goal setting and developing a doable plan to get things done.

  • Energetic alignment practices for emotional and energetic health support.

  • Rewriting old belief patterns and structures that are keeping your from your goals.

This is what you get each month:

  • 2 1-hour long calls via Zoom or phone (your choice) to discuss your goals, what’s been troubling you, and what you’d like to accomplish in the month.

    • The first call is generally a check-in to see how last month went and what to do this month.

    • The second call is more intuitively led and could include life coaching, meditation, energy alignment, and more.

  • 1 intuitive reading a month

    • The intuitive reading may include a card reading, energetic alignment, or recommendations for self-care.

    • I’ll tell you what I see in your face and make recommendations based on our time together.

    • This reading is facilitated via email. You send me a selfie and I’ll reply with personalized recommendations based on what you need that day. Yes, all I need is a selfie!

  • Personalized “homework” to support your journey. This includes:

    • Journaling prompts

    • Workbooks or worksheets

    • Audio meditations to follow along with

    • Book recommendations

    • More

  • Text support throughout the month when you have a question or a challenge. Some questions will need to be addressed in our hour-long session calls, but you can text them at any time. (Texts are replied to Monday - Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm CST) This format is more convenient than email most of the time, but you can always email me instead and receive the same amount of support.

  • Discounts to all my online classes and courses for as long as you’re in the program

My coaching approach

Coaching is a partnership and I’ll ask YOU how I can serve you. I’m here to facilitate your learning, growth, and self-transformation. I’m constantly studying neuroscience, psychology, communication, mindfulness, and energy healing. So, I’m ready to get as “woo-woo” as you want. Want to work on balancing your chakras? I’m down! Want to stick to the hard neuroscience of stress and release? I’ve got you covered.

You will enjoy a safe, nurturing space when we work together, but don’t be surprised if I share thoughts with you that are surprising or uncomfortable. Coaching often involves having to look in the mirror at who you really are and what you’re doing to sabotage something in your life (yes, sabotage). But it’s my goal to leave you feeling aligned, energized, and inspired after every session. Expect positivity, laughs, tough love when you need it, professionalism, creativity, spontaneity, honesty, and enlightenment.
