I have practiced meditation by myself but usually get distracted and lose interest within 10 minutes. When I heard about Megan's guided meditation, I was excited and anxious to see if it would help me get into a deeper state of relaxation and stay on track.
Doing guided meditation definitely helped me to stay mindful and on track with what I was trying to accomplish. Megan has a calming energy and a soft comforting voice that is perfect for helping you sink deep within yourself. I left the class feeling refreshed and relaxed with an open heart and mind! I look forward to what I discover in my next class!
