I’ve tried other mindset work before, but with Megan it was different. Not only were the meditations and the visualizations she used unlike anything else I’d tried, she’s also super knowledgeable. I learned about why I was stressed and why I felt the need to be quiet and not cause a stir at work and at home, all from a biological standpoint. Highly recommended!

I loved my session with Megan! I have done guided meditation before, but working with Megan was so much better than my previous experiences. She is very knowledgeable. I loved the fact that not only did I get a great meditation out of it and learned things about myself, but I also learned so much from her about how the body works, how meditation affects the brain and body, and epigenetics. She gave me tools to take home and do myself. I can’t wait to go back for another session. I highly recommend using her!
