This podcast is all about the latest apps, cool mindfulness practices, startups just hitting the scene, and other really great ideas. I interject advice and anecdotes from my real life too. It’s just another way for me to extend my coaching to wider audiences!

What is Really Great Ideas Podcast?

Really Great Ideas was created in response to all the amazing people I interact with on a regular basis. Coaches who are making the world better, entrepreneurs who are creating businesses and apps that change lives, and innovators who want to build community through technology and communication. So one day I just decided that I needed to share these really great ideas with the world in one central place. Thus, Really Great Ideas was born.

I’m sharing MY really great ideas with you too. I’m a holistic communications coach and author who helps women and men learn how to communicate with themselves, their coworkers, friends, family, and partners better. I help them get what they want out of life. So we’ll tackle everything from practical advice for writing your first book to the best way to handle a fight with your partner, to starting a meditation practice and beyond.

But everything has one central theme: These are really great ideas that make the world a better place.

The recordings are taken from a variety of places: Facebook Live broadcasts and phone interviews. Sometimes it’s just me and my guest hanging out having coffee with a microphone sitting between us. It’s casual, it’s fun, and hopefully educational.
