UPDATE: I’m now teaching meditation and mindfulness for The Alternative Daily on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 1:00 pm EST/12:00 pm CST.
This weekend, I took eight 12-year-olds to Main Event and then questioned my sanity. For those who don’t live in North Texas, Main Event is a bowling alley + laser tag + indoor mini golf + rope course + billiards + games hangout joint. In short, a lot of fun and a lot of chaos.
But it was my kiddo’s 12th birthday party and it was so fun to see how she’s evolved and grown. As I watched her and her friends try to teach one another how to play pool – none of them knew what they were doing! – I marveled at how much she’s grown.
Growth, expansion, and evolution are a part of our daily lives.
I can’t help draw the parallel today with my practice. My work has continued to evolve and will continue to do so as the years come and go. Just like my kiddo and her friends.
I am humbled by my journey, but it has taken a turn that I honestly never expected. When presented with a business opportunity within the Neurosculpting® Institute earlier this year, I found – quite to my surprise – that my path lies elsewhere.
I have chosen, amicably and with love and gratitude in my heart, to step down from the Institute.
So, what does this mean?
- I will not longer be teaching meditation in the form that you are used to.
- I still whole-heartedly support the NSI and am happy to refer anyone to individual CNSFs as needed.
Professionally, I’m taking some time for myself. To complete my certification with the University of Holistic Theology and to create some amazing communication and relationship workshops and courses for you.
Writing & the Art of Self is still happening, but I’m having to record new meditations for the course. I also have a divine love course coming up and I’m super excited about it.
I’m also looking forward to resuming non-Neurosculpting® meditation classes in the fall in-person & online.
I’m intensely grateful for my experience with the Neurosculpting® Institute and although I no longer teach their methods, I wouldn’t be where I am today without that amazing group of teachers and mentors. My Facebook page and the FB group are still up and running as always. In fact, our group has several awesome CNSFs in it whom I am honored to call friends. Let me know if you’d like an intro. I’m happy to set that up!
So I guess all of that is to say that I’m still here and I’m still going to be providing you with life-changing tools and content. They’ll just be a little different.
As always, I’m honored to serve you.
