Megan's upcoming meditation book, Meditate Now, is due out late 2017. She's currently writing Intentionally Happy. She believes in a good cup of matcha, a daily mindfulness practice, and joyful self-compassion.

Dr. Bartos is the creator of Mindset Medicine, an approach to healthcare that integrates the mind, body, and emotions to treat the overall patient. She is a renowned speaker and teacher, as well as the author of an upcoming book focused on living your best life through Mindset Medicine techniques. She believes in the power of the mind and women's infinite capacity for greatness.
RYT-200 Yoga Teacher
Kathy began practicing yoga in 2008 and completed her RYT-200 certification in 2013. She extended her studies in 2015 to include methods that help her students east chronic pain and live an ageless lifestyle. Her classes focus on balance in the body and in life. She believes in yoga classes filled with laughter, safe spaces for women to learn with one another, and the power of fantastic sunsets.
